FINORAL Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using the Finoral mobile application. By downloading, installing, or using Finoral, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Finoral (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By creating an account or using the app, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

2. Description of Service

Finoral is a personal finance management application that provides:

  • Expense and income tracking
  • Savings goal management
  • Financial analysis and reporting
  • AI-powered financial insights (subscription or credit required)
  • Billing reminders and calendar integration
  • Encrypted data backup and restore

 

The Service is provided “as is” for personal, non-commercial use only.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Registration

You may sign in using Google, Facebook, or Apple (iOS only). By signing in, you authorize Finoral to receive your basic profile information from the identity provider. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.

 

3.2 Account Accuracy

You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account information up to date. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

 

3.3 Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time through the app. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

4.1 Free Tier

Finoral offers a free tier with limited features, supported by advertising. Free-tier users may see Google AdMob advertisements within the app.

 

4.2 Paid Subscriptions

Finoral offers Pro and VIP subscription plans. All subscriptions are:

  • Billed on a monthly or annual basis, as selected at purchase
  • Processed through Apple App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android)
  • Subject to the payment terms of the respective platform
  • Automatically renewed unless cancelled before the renewal date

 

4.3 Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID or Google Play account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google in accordance with their respective policies. Finoral does not process refunds directly.

 

4.4 Restore Purchases

If you reinstall the app or switch devices, you can restore your subscription by tapping “Restore Purchases” on the subscription screen.

 

4.5 AI Credits

Certain AI features consume credits. Credits are non-refundable except where required by law. If an AI request fails due to a server error, credits consumed for that request will be automatically refunded to your account.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use Finoral for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any laws
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the app
  • Use the app in any manner that could disable, overburden, or impair the service
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any backend systems
  • Use automated tools to access or scrape the service
  • Impersonate any person or entity

6. Intellectual Property

Finoral and all its content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, graphics, logos, and icons) are the exclusive property of Finoral and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

 

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for your personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not include the right to:

  • Copy, modify, or distribute the app or its content
  • Use the app for commercial purposes without written consent
  • Remove any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices

7. Your Financial Data

Financial data you enter into Finoral (transactions, goals, notes) is stored locally on your device. You retain full ownership of your financial data. Finoral does not claim any ownership over your personal financial information.

 

You acknowledge that:

  • Finoral provides tools to track and visualize your finances, not financial advice
  • AI insights are generated by automated systems and should not be treated as professional financial advice
  • You should consult a qualified financial advisor for major financial decisions

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

8.1 No Financial Advice

Finoral is a financial tracking tool, not a licensed financial advisor. Nothing in the app constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. You should consult qualified professionals for such advice.

 

8.2 Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

 

8.3 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Finoral shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to financial losses, data loss, or loss of profits.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes through the app. Continued use of Finoral after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Finoral operates. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
